Returns, Exchanges & Shipping

For all online purchases, the item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the Canada Post Ship date.

All items being returned must be unworn, with tags attached and in the original packing and or box you received it in. Original invoice must be a printed copy or under your customer file. If you do not have a receipt or proof of purchase, neither refund nor exchange will be provided, no exceptions.

Items purchased on promotion, online event or clearance will not be eligible for a refund. Should you decide to exchange your product, the discounted price will not be honored and you will be required to pay the difference. Promotional prices are only valid during the time period the promotion is offered.

Due to Covid-19, there are changes to our return policy. There are products that are not eligible for returns and will be considered final sale. Any products that are purchased from the below list are not eligible for return:

Please email us at info@stepnoutdancewear.com for any curbside drop-offs so that we may accommodate you and choose a suitable time to accept your item.

All Holiday Purchases made instore may be exchanged until January 21 st , 2021. Should you not find an item that is suitable, a gift card will be issued.

All instore purchases must be returned to Step’N Out Dancewear within 14 days from date of original purchase. We will be more than happy to exchange your item or issue you a gift card. Instore purchases are not eligible for refunds. All promotional items, special event sales or clearance items are final sale.

Please be advised your order will be processed with 48hrs. Then will be delivered by Canada Post.

We do recommend that returns are shipped back with a tracking number. Shipping costs for return is at the expense of the customer. We do not cover or reimburse shipping charges. Any Return packages shipped C.O.D. will not be accepted. Step’N Out Dancewear will not provide a refund for any items until
they are accepted for delivery at our location. Please ensure a copy of your invoice is included in your return.
